Smart Marketing
Open house signs that collect the visitor, not just the name.
What the sign does
A tabletop sign, 7.9 × 4.7 in (200 × 120 mm), carrying your logo and a printed QR code. A visitor scans it and lands wherever you choose: the property page with the details they are standing in, a sign-in form that reaches you while they are still in the house, or your contact profile. It replaces the clipboard that half of them skip and none of them fill in legibly.
Two materials
- Clear acrylic, 7.9 × 4.7 in — $35 each
- Wood, 7.9 × 4.7 in — $45 each
Acrylic reads clean and current and disappears against most staging; wood reads warmer and photographs well in an older or more traditional home. Both stand on their own on a counter or an entry table.
Setup and extras
- Sign artwork — open house copy, your logo, and QR layout with one proof, $35 once
- Individual property details — a different address or QR destination per sign, $5 each
- Hosted visitor sign-in page — one simple visitor form, $9 a month, scope confirmed before setup
One sign or one per listing
A single sign pointed at your contact profile works at every open house you hold. A sign per listing, each pointing at its own property page, costs $5 more per sign and means a visitor scans straight into the address they are standing in. Agents running several listings at once usually do the second.
