Project briefs

When you submit a project brief, RSGO receives the information you provide so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered. This may include your name, email address, optional phone number, company, website, project context, timing, investment range, and referral source.

Delivery and storage

The RSGO server validates each submission, then writes it to a restricted server-side file that only the site owner can read. Nothing is written to the public website. So the inquiry is noticed promptly, a copy is also delivered to the site owner as a notification: to a private Telegram chat, and to the designated RSGO inbox where transactional email is configured. Those services carry the message on RSGO’s behalf; the durable record stays in the restricted file on this server.

Abuse prevention

The form uses rate limiting and a hidden anti-spam field. Cloudflare Turnstile checks every submission. Cloudflare processes technical information required to assess whether a submission is legitimate.

Access and review

The site owner reviews briefs through a password-protected internal page on this site. That page is not indexed, is unavailable without signing in, and is used only to read a submission, record its status, and add a private note about the conversation.

Use and retention

Inquiry information is used only to review the proposed work, respond to the sender, and maintain necessary business records. RSGO does not add form submissions to an automated sales sequence, and does not sell or share inquiry data, chat messages, or call transcripts. A brief is kept for as long as the conversation it began, and any work that follows it, needs — and is deleted sooner on request.

What you can ask for

You can ask what information about you RSGO holds, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Ask in your own words using the contact below. There is no charge for asking, and nothing about how you are treated or answered changes because you did. If a request cannot be met — because a record has to be kept for tax or accounting reasons, for example — you will be told which part and why.

Website assistant

The chat assistant on this site sends what you type, together with the recent turns of that conversation, to the third-party AI service that generates the reply (currently api.vilao.ai). Please do not enter passwords, payment details, or anything you would not put in a first email. Conversations are not published on the website and are not written to a database. When a conversation reads like a genuine enquiry, a copy of its recent turns is delivered to the site owner through Telegram so it can be answered. Your IP address is never included in what is delivered — only a short one-way hash of it, so the same conversation is not sent twice. The address itself is held in the server’s memory for up to an hour to limit how many messages one visitor can send, and is lost when the server restarts.

The phone line

RSGO publishes a phone number that an AI assistant answers when a person cannot. If you call it, the network shows RSGO the number you are calling from, your speech is transcribed so the assistant can understand it, and the conversation is sent to an AI provider to generate replies. A transcript of the call, along with your number, is delivered to the site owner so the call can be returned. At the start of the call the assistant says that it is an AI and that the call is transcribed. RSGO does not record the call and never receives the audio — what reaches RSGO, and what is kept, is the text. If you would rather not be handled this way, say so and ask for a person, or send a project brief instead. Callers reach this number from anywhere, and some states require that everyone on a call knows it is being transcribed — that is what the opening line is for.

Children

This site and the services described on it are meant for businesses and for adults. RSGO does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent information through this site or the phone line, say so using the contact below and it will be deleted.
