Project briefs
When you submit a project brief, RSGO receives the information you provide so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered. This may include your name, work email, optional phone number, company, website, project context, timing, investment range, and referral source.
Delivery and storage
The RSGO server validates each submission before delivery. When transactional email is configured, the brief is sent to the designated RSGO inbox and is not written to the public website or a database. Until email delivery is configured, accepted briefs are written to a restricted server-side outbox accessible only to the site owner.
Abuse prevention
The form uses rate limiting and a hidden anti-spam field. Cloudflare Turnstile may also be enabled. When enabled, Cloudflare processes technical information required to assess whether a submission is legitimate.
Use and retention
Inquiry information is used only to review the proposed work, respond to the sender, and maintain necessary business records. RSGO does not add form submissions to an automated sales sequence or sell inquiry data.
