This website provides general information about RSGO, its capabilities, and selected work. Content may be updated as the studio and its work change.

Project inquiries

Submitting a project brief begins a conversation only. It does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, or commit either party to an engagement. Any work begins under a separate written agreement.

Prices and estimates

Prices shown on this site, and any estimate sheet you build or download here, are for planning. They are not an offer and do not bind either party. They exclude shipping and any sales tax that applies. What a project actually costs depends on quantities, materials, and what the work turns out to need, and the figure that counts is the one written into the agreement for your project.

Artwork and material you supply

You are responsible for the logos, photographs, text, and other material you send for production. By sending it you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it this way, and that producing it will not infringe anyone else’s rights. If a claim is brought against RSGO because of material you supplied, you agree to cover the cost of answering and resolving it. RSGO may decline to produce anything that appears to infringe someone else’s rights.

Proofs and production

Printed and branded products are made to order from a proof you approve. Approving a proof starts production, and from that point the order cannot be cancelled or returned unless the item is defective or differs from the proof. Colour, finish, and material vary between production runs and between a screen and a physical object, so a proof shows the layout rather than an exact match.

Photography and video

You receive the finished images and files and may use them for your business. RSGO keeps the right to show the work as an example of what it does unless you ask in writing that it does not. Permission to photograph a property, a person, or a product — and any release needed for it — is the client’s to obtain.

Selected work

Projects are shown to describe what RSGO builds. Not all of them were paid client engagements: some are businesses RSGO owns and runs, and one was built for a family member at no charge. Each project says which, because the difference matters when you are judging the work. Names, marks, screenshots, and live-site links remain the property of their respective owners, and live websites may change after the screenshots shown here were captured.

Calls and messages

Giving a phone number or an email address — in a brief, in the chat, or on a call — is permission to reply about that enquiry. It is not permission to send marketing. The published number is answered by an AI assistant when a person cannot take the call. The assistant says at the start that it is an AI and that the call is transcribed, and the transcript is read so the call can be returned. If you would rather not be handled that way, ask for a person or send a brief instead.

Accessibility

This site is built to work with a keyboard, with a screen reader, and with motion reduced. If any part of it is not usable for you, say so on the number below and describe what happened, and it will be fixed.

No warranty, and the limit of what is owed

This website and its content are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, RSGO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and its total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to what you paid RSGO for the work the claim concerns. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Who this is for

This site and the services described on it are meant for businesses and for adults. RSGO does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent information through this site, say so using the contact below and it will be deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which RSGO is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising from them belongs before the state or federal courts serving that state. RSGO will name it on request.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change as the work and the site change. The date shown at the top of this page is when they last did. Continuing to use the site after that date means the current version applies.
