Photo & Video
Real estate photography, shot where the property is.
What a listing shoot covers
Interiors, exteriors, and the details that decide whether someone books a showing: natural light, considered angles, and rooms framed so they read the way they feel in person. Occupied homes, staged homes, new construction, and rentals are all shot the same way — the brief is the property, not a package tier.
Video and reels
A property video walks a viewer through the space before they walk through the door, and a short vertical edit gives the listing something to live on in a feed. Both can be shot in the same visit as the stills, which is usually cheaper than booking twice and guarantees the light matches.
Beyond listings
The same session can cover an agent portrait, the team, or the business behind the listing — headshots, brand photography, and a promo video that shows the people and the process rather than only the product.
What it costs
Photo and video are quoted per property rather than sold from a price list, because the number that matters depends on square footage, how many rooms need covering, whether video is included, and how far the drive is. Describe the property and an estimate comes back. There is no charge for the estimate and no obligation after it.
Where RSGO shoots
On location across the Greater Houston area. Anything outside it is still worth asking about — travel is quoted with the rest.
