The situation
Texas A&E brings electrical and HVAC work into one service operation. Its digital presence needed to make two broad trades understandable without separating the customer experience.
What needed to change
Emergency needs, planned projects, maintenance, residential work, and commercial work each require a different decision path while still belonging to one company.
The approach
The site architecture gives urgent actions priority, then opens into service detail, project evidence, company context, and practical answers for customers comparing options.
What RSGO built
RSGO built a responsive service platform with structured service pages, direct request pathways, project content, operational information, and room for continued publishing.
